MINNEAPOLIS RIVERFRONT STUDY Minneapolis, Minnesota
The grid pattern of the city is extended to the Mississippi in this concept for the redevelopment of an 80-acre area along the river.  An extensive botanical garden would serve the city year-round.

MINNEHAHA PARK MASTER PLAN Minneapolis, Minnesota
A renewed landscape and a number of architectural features will be included in the park's redevelopment.  Schematic designs for some of the most prominent buildings are included in the master plan.  Bentz/Thompson/Rietow, Inc. is a consultant to Sanders Wacker Bergly, Inc. for this master plan.
