Metropolitan State University / Minneapolis Community & Technical College Co-Location Study – Minneapolis, MN

This project supports the mission and facilities master plan of Metropolitan State University, by creating a viable and efficient Minneapolis region campus to serve program needs and growing student enrollment. The proposed new building would be built on top of and in front of the existing Minneapolis Community & Technical College (MCTC) parking ramp on Hennepin Avenue. The building would include classrooms, an auditorium, academic computing laboratories, study rooms, faculty and staff offices as well as other support areas.
