Bethel University Master Plan – St. Paul, MN

The purpose of this study was to anticipate and plan for the physical needs of Bethel University (formerly Bethel College and Seminary) for the next twenty years. The entire 215-acre site and each of the facilities were reviewed in respect to changing academic programs, evolving demographics and advancing technologies. A phased plan of expansion and improvement was prepared, including the costs and programmatic effects of each step. The master plan is an ever-changing, living document of the Bethel University campus. This allows for a continuous updating process in which each newly completed phase is recorded as it occurs along with its implications for the remainder of the plan.
