Bemidji State University – Birch Residence Hall Renovation

Originally constructed in 1950, Birch Residence Hall received only minor updates, limited maintenance and remained largely the same facility it was when first built. Renovation of the 200-bed facility was completed to update and refresh the existing hall to improve the student and staff experience, to address deferred maintenance concerns and improve ongoing operations and efficiency, and to fulfill the BSU Residential Life Facilities Master Plan to assist with student recruitment and retention.
