Bentz Thompson Rietow architects announces the creation of the Workplace Environments Studio – WES – a studio developed specifically to meet the strategic design and space planning needs of organizations in an ever changing economy. Up to half of our national workforce will be retiring in the next 5 years leaving a shortage of knowledge workers in the tens of millions. We are very pleased and proud to announce that the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal has awarded BTR President Ann Voda, a Women in Business Award as an Industry Leader for 2009. Twenty-five local women business leaders were recognized this year. The Business Journal described Ann and the other twenty-four award recipients by saying: "These 25 women are at the forefront of their respective industries. They are innovators who are breaking new ground."  The award presentation was made on May 21 in front of a sell out crowd over lunch in downtown Minneapolis. Congratulations to Ann!
