July 21,  2007 AT LEAST WE'RE CONSISTENT
We may not be great golfers, but at least we're consistent...on Saturday July 21, Randy, Jesse, Dillon, and Gary (pictured left to right) once again this year, spent a good portion of the day playing golf at a fund raiser for one of our favorite clients. It was a 4-person "best ball" scramble and just like last year, we managed to finish up 1 under par ...which didn't bring home any prizes, but we all had a good time!

July 1,  2007 WE'VE MOVED!
On June 29 and 30, BTR relocated from the 10th floor of the IDS Center (where we had been for the past five years), across 8th street to the Midwest Plaza building.   We are REALLY excited about the new look and new space. We hope to have an open house to show off our new "digs" later this fall. In the mean time, our phone numbers and email all remain unchanged. We should have photos of our new office posted soon.

Earlier this week BTR President Ann Voda and Hukm attended a celebration with the Mayor to mark the end of another highly successful summer of this worthwhile program.

August 1, 2006 AIA GOLF OUTING

This year, it seems like summer is filled with lots of hot weather and golf. On July 31,  Dillon, Randy, Jesse and "Zip" spent the hottest day of the summer (102 degrees) playing in the annual AIA golf scramble at Majestic Oaks Golf Course. Our BTR team score, in the "best ball" format, ended up at 1-under par...not low enough to win any prizes, but still not too bad.

May 18, 2006  CENTRAL LUTHERAN WINS HERITAGE PRESERVATION AWARD

Last week, the Central Lutheran Church bell tower addition was awarded a Heritage Preservation Award by the Minneapolis Heritage Preservation Commission and the Minneapolis Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. The building was praised for seamlessly integrating the original bell tower design into the fabric of the existing building. A great deal of time and energy went into designing and building the project from the casting of the bronze bells for the carillon to the old world craftsmanship that went into the carving of the limestone facing, obtained from the original quarry in Wisconsin. Congratulations to everyone involved.
