METROPOLITAN STATE UNIVERSITY - ST JOHNS/FOUNDERS HALLS, ST PAUL, MINNESOTA

The extensive remodeling and reconstruction of this former hospital campus into office and classroom facilities required that the existing facility be stripped down to its concrete structure. The ensuing reconstruction included the development of an efficient floor plans consisting of offices at the perimeter with support services and conference rooms in the interior portions of the building.
