Located adjacent to the existing Chanhassen Dinner Theater, the Market Street Station project is a mixed use office/retail development that includes several phased elements, of which, the first and principle phase is presently under construction. The principal building consists of a 50,000 square foot mixed used facility with retail space on the ground floor and rental office space on the 2nd floor. Future phases, which will likely follow closely on the heels of  phase one will include 2 free standing restaurants, an addition to the adjacent movie theater and expansion and improvements to the commuter park-and-ride facilities.
