The
France Avenue streetscape. New decorative
canopies, streetlamps, and awnings enhance the 50th Street and France Avenue sides
of the building. New trees and a patterned sidewalk also add to the pedestrian
friendly character of the neighborhood.
Bentz/Thompson/Rietow worked closely with neighborhood groups and local political leaders during the design phases of the project to insure the building was well received by the community. |
